Snapshots - Backup and Recovery
Prior to any major update activity a snapshot of a website and/or the databases it uses can be taken. Should anything go wrong, the snapshot can be restored returning the site to a known state.

Secure Server
Using a digital certificate to provide a secure (SSL) connection is a requirement if you intent capturing sensitive data from your visitors e.g. credit card details.

Notes

  1. Where a website is very large, a fee may be negotiated if the size impacts the operation of any of our services.
  2. Our ASP environment is provided by a Microsoft IIS server but sites using it are not actually located on it. This may affect how your site needs to be designed or how it operates.
  3. Some features may need to be explicity enabled - refer to our User Guide
