We will do what we can to help with issues related to the configuration or use of our services on our customers computers.
We have found that most problems can be solved more quickly if we can see your screen and (if you give us permission) make any needed changes. To do this, we use a product called TeamViewer™
Before starting a session, please call us on +64 6 3578168 to ensure we are available, or send us an email to arrange a convenient time.
If you don't already have TeamViewer™ installed. Please DOWNLOAD the TeamViewerQS application. If you have already used TeamViewerQS with us before you can run the application directly without downloading it again. It may be in your computer's Downloads folder. You may like to move and/or rename it so that you can find it again in the future.
When you run the application, a window similar to that shown should appear and we will get a session request at our end. If you are using an Apple Mac computer, you will need to follow a couple more steps as the application has not been signed by TeamViewer and MacOS considers the developer to be unknown.
If you see the first of these windows, select OK, then open the System Preferences 'Security and Privacy' section and select Open Anyway which should bring up the final window for you to select Open
